ZTI believes a driver should do his sitting at home. We rarely layover when out on the road and trailers are normally unloaded within a two-hour time frame. We do not believe the driver should unload his own trailer and ensure that if there is unloading to be done, lumpers are available. This cost for unloading is paid by the customer. We allow two hours for loading and unloading; after that we pay the owner/operator $50 per hour.

Zentner’s freight lanes are from Nebraska to California and the Pacific Northwest. We then re-load in the same area and haul back to Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming, and Iowa. We do whatever we can to maximize a driver’s miles while getting him home weekly. You will also be pulling our newer model, air ride 53′ dry vans, and will be able to take advantage of numerous drop and hook situations.
